Entry
Our climbing centre is located in downtown Oslo, next to the popular Mathallen food hall. Our beginner walls are 10 meters high and mostly vertical. For intermediate and experienced climbers, we have walls up to 14.5 meters high, ranging from 5° to 30° overhang. We also have three bouldering rooms with problems for all levels.
Climbing is a two person activity and a belay certification is needed to climb in our facilities. If you have never climbed before, we offer beginners courses that lead to Brattkort (national certification standard issued by the Norwegian Climbing Federation). If you already know how to belay on top rope or lead, we offer a belay certification test (you need a climbing partner to take this test).
Full beginners course – Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm in Norwegian and in English on request when there are enough participants
No prior experience needed. The course takes you through all the necessary skills to pass the Brattkort test. A 3 day pass with the belay test is included. Advance reservation is required and participants have to be min. 16 years old.
