Our climbing centre is located in down town Oslo next to popular Mathallen. Our beginners walls are 10.5 meters high, mostly vertical. For the intermediate and experienced climber, there are 14 meters high walls, ranging from 5° to 30° overhang. We also have a small but excellent bouldering section where the strong can meet.
Climbing is a two person activity and a belay certification is needed to climb in our facilities. If you have never climbed before, we offer beginners courses that lead to Brattkort (national certification standard issued by the Norwegian Climbing Federation). If you already know how to belay on top rope or lead, we offer a belay certification test (you need a climbing partner to take this test).
Full beginners course – Sundays from 11am to 4pm in Norwegian and the first Saturday every month from 11am to 4pm in English
No prior experience needed. The course takes you through all the necessary skills to pass the Brattkort test. A 3 day pass with the belay test is included. Advance reservation is required and participants have to be min. 16 years old.

Top-rope course – Saturdays from 11am to 1pm in Norwegian and the first Saturday every month from 11am to 1pm
The course is mainly for parents who want to belay their children and don’t intend to climb themselves. No prior experience needed. Advance reservation is required. You get a top-rope certification.
PRICE: NOK 900 per parent and NOK 150 per child
Lead course – every Saturday in Norwegian and the first Saturday every month in English
Experience with climbing and belaying on top rope is required. It is recommended that you practice climbing a few times after this course, after which you may take a Brattkort test.

Climbing with a climbing instructor – 2 hours
If you want to try out climbing and not take a course, rent one of our experienced instructors. You may be up to 6 persons per instructor.
PRICE: NOK 1100 per instructor and NOK 200 per participant
Climbing groups for children and youth
We have regular climbing activities for children/youth aged 9-18 years old.
· Kids aged 9-12 meet on Wednesdays 4pm.
· Kids aged 10-15 meet either on Thursdays at 3pm or Fridays at 4pm
· Youth aged 13-18 train either on Mondays at 4pm or Thursdays at 5pm.
PRICE: NOK 2900 per semester.

Climbing groups for adults
Every semester we organise two different climbing groups for adults – one for climbers wanting to master Norwegian grade 6 and one for mastering grade 7. Our skilled instructors will teach you good and efficient climbing technique, how to become better/safer belayers and training methods. It is also a good way to meet other climbers.
PRICE: NOK 1900 for 6 weeks.

Climbing group for disabled
Open for all. No prior experience needed. Participants need to be accompanied by a chaperon, who will get necessary instruction on how to belay.
WHEN: Tuesdays at 4pm to 6pm
PRICE: NOK 80 for entrance and equipment.
